Spearheaded the conceptualization and development of a licensed retail experience program supporting Sony Pictures' The Emoji Movie. Created a portfolio of branded consumer products, retail environments and experiential touchpoints designed to extend the film's storytelling beyond the screen and into consumer-facing retail experiences.
Led cross-functional collaboration from concept through execution, translating entertainment IP into engaging retail activations that strengthened brand awareness, enhanced consumer engagement and supported retail sell-through across multiple product categories.
