Program Overview

Developed an integrated retail marketing program for Elmhurst designed to strengthen brand visibility, improve product discovery and create a cohesive consumer experience across digital and physical retail channels. The program combined e-commerce merchandising, packaging, shelf merchandising, self-serve displays, club store pallet displays and floor merchandising solutions into a unified retail ecosystem that translated Elmhurst's plant-based brand positioning into engaging consumer-facing experiences.

By connecting packaging, merchandising, visual storytelling and retail execution, the program created consistent brand expression across multiple shopper touchpoints while supporting consumer education, retail activation and commercial performance.
